In Edmonton, it is still rare to find a workshop that integrates mindfulness meditation with floral art as a form of emotional healing.
This is a gentle, safe, and non-judgmental space—
where flowers, breath, and body awareness bring you back to yourself.

About the Instructor: Yang Yang

👩‍🎨 Level-2 Certified Designer, Nippon Flower Designers Association (Japan)
🧘‍♀️ Positive Psychology Practitioner, Tsinghua University
🌿 Botanical Aromatherapy Practitioner, Rhine School (Germany)
🌏 Practitioner of art-based healing and mind-body integration

Grounded in mindfulness, plant-based healing, and emotional safety,
I guide participants to use flowers to hold emotions, see themselves clearly, and return to the present moment.

Here, flowers are not just beautiful objects.
They are reflections of emotion, breath, rhythm, and presence.

Through sensory awareness—touch, colour, fragrance—
what we create is not merely floral design,
but a moment of being seen and understood.

通过触觉、色彩、香气等五感的觉察练习
我们创作的不仅是花艺,而是一段被看见、被理解的心。
