What does the membership program cover?
Members have the flexibility to use their credits toward the services they need most. This includes options such as massage therapy, physiotherapy, acupuncture, IV therapy, cosmetic and beauty treatments, wellness therapies, and more. Your credits can be customized to support your personal health, wellness, and longevity goals.
Can I see specialists outside of United Health Centres?
Yes! Our care coordinators will help you navigate and coordinate with external providers as needed.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Memberships are annual and billed upfront, but we do offer prorated refunds if you need to cancel mid-term under certain conditions. Please contact us for details.

This program offers non-insured health services and is designed to supplement—but not replace—publicly insured healthcare under the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan (AHCIP).
• Participation does not provide priority access to insured services, physicians, or diagnostic procedures.
• All services are delivered in accordance with the Alberta Health Care Insurance Act and Health Professions Act.
*Note: Applicable taxes are not included. UHC Program fees apply only to non-insured services provided by non-physician staff. All insured services—such as physician visits, after-hours care, and diagnostic tests—are billed directly to provincial health insurance. Provincial health insurance programs reliably cover key physician services related to prevention and the management of illness. You do not need a UHC membership to access insured physician care.
